Out-Of-Network Providers
Unless a therapists is listed as an in-network provider as stated in the In-Network Insurance area above, therapists are NOT on managed care/insurance panels. However, services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan if your insurance reimburses for out-of-network providers. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

It is the clients responsibility to make these arrangements.We can provide a statement-of-service (receipt) for you to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement where possible, but payment is required at the time services are provided
